The award ceremony was held in the city of Valencia at an event during which Jos\u00e9 Luis Barcel\u00f3, President of the AEDEEC, said that he was \u201cduty bound to recognize the entrepreneurial and courageous character of Valencian business owners\u201d.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
